Who we are
21Times AI is a solo, founder-led studio based in Hubli, Karnataka, India. We build AI WhatsApp chatbots, AI voice receptionists, business process automation, and websites/apps for clinics and travel agencies. You can reach us at [email protected] or +91 89044 76991.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you give it to us directly, through:
- Our contact form — your name, email, phone number, and whatever you write in your message.
- WhatsApp — messages you send to our business WhatsApp number or to a WhatsApp chatbot we've built for a client, including details you share to complete an enquiry (such as name, date of birth, or travel/appointment details, depending on the business).
- Instagram — messages or comments you send to our Instagram page.
- Phone calls — if you call a business using one of our AI voice receptionists, the call may be recorded or transcribed to answer your question, book an appointment, or improve the service.
We do not collect data through cookies, trackers, or any method you aren't actively aware of.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to: respond to your enquiry, book or manage an appointment, answer questions about a product or service, and keep a record of the conversation in case you follow up. We don't use it for anything beyond what you contacted us for.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data, ever. Your information may be processed by the platforms and AI providers that power our tools — for example, Meta (for WhatsApp and Instagram messaging) and the AI service providers that run our chatbots and voice assistants. These providers process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms, strictly to deliver the service you're using.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation and enquiry records only as long as needed to provide the service or respond to you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your right to delete your data
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your request, and we'll confirm once it's done. See our Data Deletion page for full details.
